Blue Hill Farm is just twenty minutes west of Dulles Airport but it feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of DC and suburban Northern Virginia. We are just outside of the charming, historic village of Waterford, situated high atop a hill with a 360 degree view of rolling hills, ever changing pastoral scenes with a backdrop of Sugarloaf Mountain, the Catoctin Ridge and the Blue Ridge Mountains. We get beautiful, consistent breezes that animate our perennial gardens, plenty of fields to walk around, a relaxing pool, three different porches for coffee, wine or just rocking in the sunshine, breeze or moonlight. We revel in having our amazing Golden Retriever "Yogi", our sweet cat "Peach" and a handful of chickens living their very best lives.

Meet the hosts.

We are a couple that met in college, fell in love, got married and are blessed with two beautiful daughters. We love nature, beautiful views, whether scenic and pastoral or anywhere near the water, working outside on our property and spending quality time with our wonderful Ambassador Yogi, our sweet cat Peach and our handful of cool chickens. We love to meet new people and have them experience the beauty that we live with each and every day but never take for granted. We enjoy getting to know our guests and appreciate the richness that they bring to our lives by staying with us.

The most beautiful B&B ever! Straight out of a movie. Miles and miles of nature and peace. Much needed for the soul if you’re somebody that leads a hustle bustle city life. Book this place you’ll not regret it!! 1000 times more beautiful in person than the picture.
